- Portfolio management/review - Daily, Monthly &amp; Quarterly MIS/Dashboards, Quarterly Review. - Pricing/Fee Income Strategy - Training Delivery of Sales, Existing &amp; New Policy. - Product Responsibility for defining &amp; designing the product development strategy, along with the successful communication and delivery of the strategy and deep understating of requirement gathering process via different channels and connect with the other functions for new implementation in process for business generation. - Responsible and knowledge on development and roll out of tech tools like analytics-based sales planners, review dashboards, ensuring FTRs, automation tools etc. - Customer, Market &amp; Competition segmentation &amp; mapping Analyzing weak customers and initiating activities for change of behaviors with various activities/camps/cm service etc. Local policy of technical, legal or credit to be made with help of respective HOD and management.
