- Prepare yearly budget of manufacturing & quality based on business plan

- Manpower planning

- Deployment of business plan to team members

- To achieve daily production target

- Hold sunrise and sunset meeting

- Ensure all the manufacturing activities as per customer demand

- Ensure all quality compliance

- To deliver defect free product

- Interaction with the customers for any quality issue

- Ensure timely closing of quality issues

- To arrange quality system audit

- Preparation and adherence to preventive maintenance as per plan

- Reduction in MTTR

- Reduction in MTBF

- Reduction in energy consumption

- Goods receipt & issuance activity through a defined system

- Ok material transfer to Define locations.

- RGP/NRGP Making and its control

- Maintain Stores records

- Proper storage of hazardous material

- Physical quantity checking of incoming material

- Monitoring of self life items

- Ensuring timely delivery of materials for smooth flow of production.

- Evaluate solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory.

- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.

- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.

- Manage all inspection works from time to time, liasoning & coordinating with inspectors to ensure smooth inspection process.

- Should maintain sufficient level of ready material for inspection purposes

- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced

- Monitor operations to ensure that the products being manufactured should meet production standards

- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process

Desired Profile:

- BE - Mechanical/ Production & Industrial Engineering

- Domain knowledge, basic concept of lean manufacturing, understanding of material flow, understanding of time and motion study, understanding of special process, understanding of customer specific requirement, understanding of basic quality tools, quality orientation

- SAP, BI report, MS Office

- Goal orientation, leading and managing people, time management, work under pressure, presentation skill, communication skill
