EasiLoans - National Sales Head

The Role:

The National Sales Head will be a Head of Department - Sales & Operation for Easiloan, managing the entire sales team and sales operations, and reporting to CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up Call Centre operations, leading sales team and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales and optimizing operations. (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/ Team leaders and work closely with the CEO and Management to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end of the business goal including set-up to operations and sales, with overall P&L responsibility

- Work with founders and business development team to identify and set up new stores at rapid pace in strategic locations PAN India Level.

- Set up and manage sales channels and sales team.

- Recruit individual Sales managers and TLs.

- Drive sales targets for each store, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability and Brand awareness.

- Optimize and manage operations at Channels to ensure service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency and meet operational working capital cycle targets

- Manage entire sales team

Desired Skills and Expertise:

- 15+ year experience as Senior Management/ Leadership in sales i.e. National Sales / Regional sales / operations manager in a retail / FMCG business

- Experience of building and managing large and diverse teams

- Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills, with independent ownership and result orientation

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects

- Commercial insight and understanding

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment

Qualifications : MBA from top Tier B-School

Experience : 10+ year experience in Sales & Operations, having managed large business verticals independently
