Key Responsibility :
i. Within the first three months, you will build up a strong marketing roadmap
ii. Develop AOP for Marketing and follow-up activities as per calendar.
iii. Track competition and keep high degree of focus in creating a Brand and Unique differentiation.
iv. All campaigns including digital to be tracked for productivity, spends and outputs.
v. Optimize marketing budgets against deliverables.
vi. End to end responsibility for organization's branding & marketing
vii. Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy.
viii. Partner with all business functions, especially sales (Supply & Demand to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives
ix. Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
x. Brand development, Consumer intervention and PR
- End to end responsibility for organization's branding & marketing
- Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy.
- Manage branding, advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility
- Partner with all business functions, especially sales (Supply & Demand to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives
- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
- Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition
- Brand development, Consumer intervention and PR
- Conceptualizing, developing and implementing corporate communication activities
- Provide direction and directives to support staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving company initiatives
Qualification: MBA/ PGDBA from the top tier institutes with Marketing specialization and relevant experience
Knowledge & Skills : Have successfully run ATL, BTL campaigns in past. Has das ability to creatively seek and implement tough solutions
