Job Description: Asst. Manager (Execution) JD/E&M/ CA/01

Role Assistant Manager -Execution

Minimum Qualifications CA / CS.

Minimum Experience 2-3 years

Desirable Thorough knowledge of Accounting, statutory compliances, P & L Accounts, General ledger,

Salary At par with industry standards

Primary Responsibility would be to support IRP/RP in the following areas of his operation as Insolvency Professional:

- Preparation of Notices, agenda for meeting of the committee of creditors (CoC)

- Preparation of presentation for CoC meeting

- Preparation of Minutes of Meetings and actionable of CoC meeting

- Preparation of Monthly Progress Report of the assignment

- Preparation of Expression of Interest, Eligibility Criteria, Evaluation Matrix for inviting resolution plan

- Review of the transaction based audit report and analyze the find from it

- Co-ordination with senior team members for suitable filing/submission / reporting to the adjudicating authority, IBBI board etc.

- Any other work required for the execution of the assignment

- Assist RP in preparation of Information Memorandum as per IBC code 2016

- Provide necessary support to RP in ensuring completion of all compliances

- Provide support to RP in convening and coordinating the meeting of the Committee of Creditors, preparation of minutes and completion of e-voting procedure.

- Provide support to RP in receiving, collating and verifying all the claims submitted by creditors.

- Assist RP maintain an updated list of creditors Claims.

- Should be able to demonstrate team spirit while working with a diverse team of professionals.

- CA/CS

- Previous experience in assisting the Insolvency Professional in handling the assignment independently shall be preferred

- Should be able to manage the Execution work assigned in different locations.

- Excellent Coordination and team work.

- Should have basic knowledge of various Laws pertaining resolving of the Stressed Assets under IBC Regulations and amendments thereof post 1st July 2019,

- Good Costing & Financial analysis skills would be an added advantage.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate.

- Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner from time to time.

- Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment

- Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment

- Strong intellectual curiosity

- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive

- Sound working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

- Willingness to travel at short notice is a must
