As a Manager, Business Intelligence &amp; Data Architect you would be responsible for leading a team of analysts and in assisting with the development efforts of organization level business intelligence for various internal business units. The position requires a strong background in business intelligence with experience into one of data visualization tool (preferably Tableau) and should have extensive hands-on experience with SQL. Candidate will be working closely with the other business analysts within the analytics team, IT team, as well as other business stakeholders. The role will extensively interact with Business leaders to get functional requirements and convert the same to technical requirements for junior resources. Should have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience developing simple grid reports to complex dashboards. One of the additional priorities for the position will be to help with the migration and grow the use of our Big Data strategy, platform and capability within the organization to support advanced analytics, reporting, transactional data storage etc. Knowledge of the lending business or Finance domain would be an added advantage. Required Qualifications : - Proven track record of 5+ years in leading the Business intelligence unit (preferably with a bank or NBFC or financial domain) - Strong understanding on data architecture principles, data modelling, data warehousing - Understanding and articulating the importance of data governance and data quality management is a must.&nbsp; - Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple concurrent initiatives - Database design, Data warehouse/data lake design, Big Data strategy and implementation - Strong written and oral communication and presentation, - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong business-facing relationship skills - Ability to lead and mentor teams Any postgraduate / graduate from Tier 1 colleges
