The candidate should act as a liaison between the client and the tech team at an EarlySalary. He /she shall be responsible for understanding the customization that the client wants in ES digital products and shall communicate the same to the ES tech team for implementation. He shall be the ES interface with the client w.r.t that project.

Requirement :

a) Understanding of tech implementation & integration

b) Capable of bringing in cross-functional synergies

c) Capable of translating clients/partnership requirements to different functions internally

d) Ensuring matching ETA timeline

e) Sales background to ensure numbers are delivered.

f) The candidates from IT consulting, training and assessment skills, software products like HRMIS tools, assessment software, skill upskilling programs, financial software, industries can apply for the role.

Work Experience and Education :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in a similar role

- BE/BCA or MBA IT/ MCA etc
