EarlySalary.com is a new age FinTech start-up in Pune. We have created ripples in the way unsecured lending happens in the country. We have built our proprietary credit scoring algorithm and have taken it to the next level of automation for credit decisioning. Till date we have underwritten more than 7 lacs customers and disbursed more than Rs 1000 crores

We are looking for a young and dynamic professional for Policy role, who is inquisitive of and excited by data; who is always thinking of how to improve portfolio risk by tweaking policies. Strong analytic mindset to find relations and patterns in the data. Prior experience with financial industry with risk & policy in unsecured lending would be added advantage. Should be self starter and have in depth understanding of risk and policy making framework and developing various policies for varied products. Should be a quick learner of what's happening across lending industry.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing policies for new product

- Come up with analysis and change in policy based on data analytics

- In depth understanding of risk and marketing analysis

- Understanding of various BI tools to create various reports or analysis (Tableau or a similar tool)

- Managing underwriting team

Qualifications:

- CA or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute

- Minimum 5 years experience working in Risk and Policy in banking and finance sector

- Hands on experience in creating policy and identifying risk at portfolio level

- Excellent communication skill
