EarlySalary is considered one of the fastest & most automated lenders in the Industry. Job Title : Vertical Growth Lead - ED Tech Experience : 7+ years Job location : Pune Core Responsibilities : 1. Research and Analysis skills to identify potential ED Tech partners & allied merchants and their requirements. 2. Manage the Business Development & Key account managers under the vertical. 3. Getting presales with the merchants to pitch suitable products to merchants and commercials based on risk. 4. Negotiate, follow up and close deals with both legal teams for quick go live. 5. Arrange Induction training and make process notes if required. 6. Handhold and stabilize the Merchant team for the initial stages of the partnership. 7. Set strategies, build pipelines for months/quarter/year. 8. Understand the current market and strategies adopted by competitors to provide us the edge. Preference and Experience : 1. Excellent communication and strong coordination, follow up skills. 2. Will need to travel to merchant locations. 3. May need to work during weekends. 4. Should be excellent with research and analysis. 5. Excellent presentation skills 6. Edtech Sales experience preferred or payment gateway sales background 7. Minimum 3+ years of experience in front end B2B sales. Academic qualifications : MBA preferred.
