Job Title : Asst / Brand Marketing Manager - B2B Experience : 2 - 4 years Job location : Pune Core Responsibilities : - To drive the organic channel of acquisition for EarlySalary - Manage end to end Brand Communication - Drive growth of the Corporate channel - Identify opportunities for the channel to drive business. - Plan and execute PR activities for the channel. - Strategize and plan various brand building opportunities and execute the same with the team - Manage agency relationship and work closely with them to ensure brand KPIs are met - Use traditional and new age digital channels to drive brand presence and engage with new audience - Work with advertising agency and internal team to deliver impact campaigns - Managing end to end Marketing operations for the channel. Preference & Experience : - Should have previous experience in corporate communications (B2B/B2B2C) - Managed a creative or Account management role in an advertising agency - Should have worked with a digital product / e -commerce brand Academic qualifications : - MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred
