Role specs: - Creation of EWS (Early Warning Signals) framework for use in Credit Appraisal based on Internal / external data business-segment specific etc - Back testing, validation and implementation of EWS system in the Bank in terms of RBI guidelines - Credit appraisal and underwriting based on set policy parameters in the Bank - Credit rating model development, enhancement, testing validation and implementation for the Bank - Evaluation and on-going maintenance of EWS system - Ensuring data capturing, data completeness. data integrity and data quality for EWS monitoring - Reporting_ EWS to business/credit teams and ensuring its follow up for action and closure - Reporting EWS to Top Management- publication of EWS report, conducting meetings Candidate specs: - Preferably having worked on credit department /project implementation in a Bank
