Position &amp; Location: Business Analyst, Hyderabad Description :&nbsp; - We believe that data centricity is one of the core values of any successful organization today. As an EV OEM, we leverage data across different dimensions of the vehicle, supply chain, client, user and application to drive product improvements, operational efficiencies, and customer delight. - Business Analysts (BAs) form the epicenter of our data organization. Their primary job responsibility entails data cleaning, consolidation, analysis, and visualization. They find and analyze critical information, identify issues, facilitate root-cause analysis, set benchmarks and enable corrective action. BAs benefit the most from our unique five-dimensional exposure to technical, supply chain, operational and business aspects. In short, life as a BA is most exciting at our organization. Key Job Responsibilities: - Extraction of data from appropriate sources in the automobile manufacturing process, business models and transform them into meaningful formats based on business requirements - Support Business and Product teams with reports and dashboards in time bound fashion - Overseeing the process data on operations and testing and pattern recognition on the same. - Creating process flow around data management, collation, and safety. - Critically evaluating and screening data, plus profiling to identify any issues - Implementing cutting-edge techniques to identify drivers of a business metric Qualification: - B.E or equivalent degree from a tier-I college - Certification in data analysis/big data is highly preferred. Experience: - 1+ years of Business Intelligence domain preferred Capabilities :&nbsp; - Strong expertise in MS office (Excel) is mandatory - Expertise in Power BI, SAS, SPSS, SQL would be preferred - Strong aptitude for data management &amp; interpretation - Excellent analytical &amp; problem-solving skills - Good presentation skills - Agility &amp; flexibility - Business acumen
