To succeed at e-GMAT, you need to have a desire to learn and iterate, be ready to embrace change, and imbibe our values of honesty, persistence, and transparency. 1.3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Create and update learning modules : - To increase student success, you will evaluate all current learning activities, identify student friction points, and enhance these activities to improve student performance. - In addition, using data, and your judgement, you will improve e-GMAT's existing content to reduce the number of forum posts. You will then work with Design (e-Learning) and Technology teams to execute the improvement. Envision the next generation of xPERT architecture : - You will develop a deep understanding of student segments and their learning paths and recommend enhancements to the current xPERT architecture to make learning simpler and efficient, consequently increasing student success. Support students through their journey : - As part of the Subject Matter team, your primary job will be to ensure student success, which you will accomplish through the following two channels. - Internal forum posts: You will address students doubts in our internal forum posts. - Live sessions: You will host live session to address student doubts. 1.4 KEY SKILLS : There are multiple positions with this job description - both senior and junior levels. We welcome both experienced professionals and recent graduates. Essentially, we are looking for someone who: 1. A logical and analytical mindset. 2. Should have excellent presentation skills. 3. Good writing skills and a solid command over the English language. 4. A willingness to learn and iterate. 1.5 EXTRA CREDIT : The following are not required but you get extra credit for the same: 1. Master- s/Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate university. 2. Solid GPA in school and in undergraduate/graduate studies. 3. Stellar scores in one or more of GMAT/GRE/CAT/SAT/ACT. 4.
