KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Maintain an effective employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our people strategy. - Drive culture initiatives end to end from on-boarding to off-boarding. - Monitor employee engagement through employee surveys and design interventions that support teams across the business to meet engagement targets and facilitate smooth talent acquisition. - Execute Rewards & Recognition programs for the organisation. - Analyse on-boarding and exit data, recommending and leading intervention to address retention issues. - Work with the business teams to ensure our communications engage our diverse workforce, celebrate success and, recognize and appreciate the employees. Candidate Profile : - Must have minimum of at least 2-3 years of experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environment. - Excellent working knowledge of employee engagement, performance management and employee relations. - Education background of MBA - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. - Excellent oral and written communications.
