We offer award winning Smartclass content accessed by 5 mn students on our platform. - Fliplearn Smart School helps in seamless communication & collaboration among school, parents & students. Job Responsibilities 1. Drive subscriptions of Fliplearn Prime through the Modern Trade channel. 2. Tying up with stores dealing in kids educational products like Hamleys, WH Smith, Crossword etc & other large format stores to build up the distribution channel. 3. Achieving targets and ensuring leadership across all product categories 4. Making annual plan for all key partners including sales & marketing plans. 5. Planning of Marketing activation's and Go-To-Market drives. Candidate Requirement - Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills - Entrepreneurial attitude and team player mentality. - Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, excellent negotiation skills, focuses on needs of each customer. - Positive, enthusiastic and self-starter. - Should be aggressive and possess high energy levels
