For more information please visit www.edac.co.in Job Responsibilities : 1. Design and Implement collections strategy to achieve collection efficiency. a. Streamline existing policies/processes to maximize efficiency in collections and debt recovery. b. Responsible for process enhancements and automation on a regular basis. 2. Prevention and control of Delinquency. a. Develop innovative and effective solutions to reduce delinquency. b. Reviews collection efforts on delinquent trends from time to time. 3. Regular Visits/Calls and Customer Satisfaction. a. Regular visitations with the critical debtors along with the sales team &amp; sort out the issues amicably. b. Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts by conducting routine collection calls and determines payment status for accounts receivables. 4. Documentation/MIS Reports. a. Prepare periodic reports for top management review. 5. Legal Action a. Interaction with Legal support team for any kind of default cases &amp; complaints. b. Handling disputes. Candidate Requirement : 1. Post Graduate with min 7-8 years of relevant experience in collections and risk management 2. Should be in a relevant role from past 3-4 years. Ideally should have worked in any of the Telecom/NBFC/Micro Finance companies. 3. Should be results /metrics driven 4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
