Goal: This role will involve interpreting data and turning it into information which can offer ways to improve the business - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Gather business requirements, interpret, and analyze and present them to the management through dashboards, visual reports, etc. - Develop interactive dashboards - Creation of predictive models across all areas: business, customer analytics- segmentation, emerging behavior etc - Adopt agile methods and implement automation & improvements for generation of reports and dashboards - Guide the MIS team to deliver the reports Profile - Experience working on SQl and other BI tools - Understanding of data analytics and its applications - Ability to understand and infer from complex data to presentable formats for business requirements using SQL query - Analytical bent of mind and high reasoning skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - CRM knowledge a plus - Our domain electronics/e-commerce - great plus
