We are looking for a Product Head for our cutting-edge technology enabled NBFC company focusing on lending of Retail/ Personal products through Digital platform and alliances besides conventional ways. Reporting to the CEO, your job responsibilities would include: Job Responsibilities : - Building IT strategy and ensuring its execution across the organisation - Handling IT applications, infrastructure and security of the firm - Building and maintaining a relationship with stakeholders across departments and ensure smooth IT support to their functions - Setting up Business continuity and Disaster recovery sites for the firm - Building and maintaining the good relationship with vendors and coordinate and implement projects with different business units - Assimilate new technology solutions, lead digitisation initiatives and other enterprise-level technology rollouts Qualifications : - BE/ B.Tech in IT/M.S. in systems from reputed institutes - At least 20 years of overall experience with at least 15 years in Financial services, preferably with NBFC, digital lending space. - Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands-on experience of handling large-scale IT projects - Strong decision making and multitasking skills.
