Dynaspede - Manager/Senior Manager - Project Management (5-8 yrs)

- As a Senior Manager/Manager (Project Management), you will own the project and contribute to the company's growth by building the case and driving business critical projects across the functions by focusing on First Principles.


- You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization, scope, schedule, cost and resource management. Your strengths include aligning projects with business goals, constructing detailed work plans, achieving milestones, and communicating the results across a stakeholder audience.


- You will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to the CEO/Board regularly, work with customers to ensure that the intended goal is being achieved, and be the driving force behind the success of every key project/program the organization seeks to accomplish.


- Your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be the number of problems identified & resolved, and translated into business benefits realised in terms of Customer Value, Processes, Costs saved, Value earned, and seamless coordination with customers with relevant timely communication.


Responsibilities:


- Lead projects as a Project owner throughout the project life cycle from requirements definition or Business opportunities brought in by the Business Development team/Marketing through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation, resource management, and closing the project.


- Identify, prioritise problem/issue areas and recommend solutions based on the root cause analysis within the organisation with priority sequence as the ones impacting Customer, Business Revenues or Strategic goals


- Conduct Kick-off meetings, Project reviews, and daily Scrum meetings with relevant stakeholders and analyse project progress with a keen sense of scope, schedule, costs and manage resources with visible streamlined project efficiencies and optimised deliverable outputs.


- Structure and manage project performance through in-house built project management software


- Coordinate with internal and external teams, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project teams from various functional departments


- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the GMs/CEO/Board, escalating issues as necessary based on specific tasks/areas


- Prepare Board presentations for Monthly/Quarterly/Progress reviews


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external resources including partners and undertake stakeholder mapping and engagement.


Education/Experience:


- Strong educational background with B Tech/BE in relevant field, MBA from Tier 1 university.


- Project Management Professional (PMP)/Agile certification


- Proven ability to complete projects with end-to-end Project Management meeting outlined scope, budget, and timeline in a similar background with 05 years of experience


- A clear understanding of PMO, Project Life cycle, Project Planning & Execution, Project Scheduling, Project Budgeting, Risk Management and Quality Assurance


- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices


- Hands-on with tools like MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, Power BI/Analytics, knowing number crunching and building great presentations


- Strong Client Vendor Management skills


- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
