Position requirements :

- MBA preferred, or Masters in Business or Marketing, commensurate experience in building client portfolios

- Around 8-12 years of experience in business and working on various brands.

- You find working in a multilingual, multicultural environment exciting and enriching.

- You have strong organizational abilities.

- You can juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks.

- You are a details-oriented person, without getting lost in them.

- You have an affinity for brands and design and knowledge of both subjects.

- You enjoy being around creative and strategic thinkers.

- You are an energetic, ambitious and outgoing person that enjoys the sales process.

- Ability to identify business needs, lead all aspects of planning with sound business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications

- Experience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes

- Deep understanding of a wide range of industries, markets and brands, and what it takes to stand out and service them

- Self motivated and willing to expand knowledge

- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Engage in sector analysis to find companies that could become our clients.

- Identify new business opportunities from your network, the media and other success.

- Proactively attract potential new clients and guide them to our sales

- Work with clients that enquire about our services.

- Develop content for proposal and presentations as part of the sales process.

- Develop and manage tools for monitoring new business activities (ex. databases, status reports, action plans, etc..)

- Collaborates with the Project Lead or Manager, on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the clients.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and bring an attitude of learning and collaborating.

We are looking for multi-faceted people, not defined solely by their education backgrounds and are problem solvers. You have to be an out-of-the-box thinker, willing to get your hands dirty. We are not looking for ivory tower project managers or regimented troops seeking orders.
