PROPOSAL MANAGER Location: Bangalore - Electronic City / Noida - Sec 62 Experience - 7-11 years Critical Competencies to Drive Business Results: - Works closely with sales, solution and account teams to define proposed strategies, and align activities with strategic sales plans - Trained in Shipley Methodology (good to have) - Experience in writing executive summaries, solution summaries and other generic areas of the proposal by collaborating with core team. - Ability to articulate win themes and key messages into all sections of the proposal. - Ability to handle multiple deals and multiple service lines - Editing and formatting skills in MS Word and PPT - Good Writing skills in Business English and communication ability - Understands technology and domain concepts in depth - Prior experience on Presales is added advantage. - Supports the organization by managing customer requests for information and requests for proposal responses - Develops and delivers world-class proposals to major prospects and clients through effective development of presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables. - Takes ownership and responsibility for the process, ensuring the proposal follows the company's operational goals and guidelines Soft skills required - - Effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills - Effective Presentation Skills - Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work - Ability to lead and work in a team environment Education : Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or related field + MBA (preferred)
