Advisor / Sr. Prof in Noida - CA with about 10 years of experience in Financial Close and Reporting (Key Words - FCRP, SAP, Hyperion, BPC, US GAAP, Audits, Balance Sheet Reviews, iGAAP, Group Reporting, Financial statement analysis, ASC types, experience of dealing with cross border corporates).

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Required Technical Skills (Mandatory):

Financials / Consolidations:

- Responsible for preparation of financial statements as per IndAS, USGAAP for all legal entities.

- Responsible for preparation of Consolidated financial statements.

- Responsible for Tax Audit of all legal entities.

- Reporting of financials into BPC and preparing flash reports.

- Participate in internal audits, statutory audits, USGAAP audits & tax audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.

- Candidates from Corporate Finance role will be preferred.

Close and Reporting:

- Participate in the month-end close process.

- Reporting of financials into BPC and preparing flash reports.

- Working on various monthly / quarterly / annual Corporate Reporting.

- Work closely with AP Analyst to ensure all invoices not posted are accrued for.

- Responsible for reviewing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for all BS schedules.

- Prepare balance sheet schedules in Cadency.

- Provide monthly flash reports comparing YOY actuals, actuals with budgets & actuals with forecasts.

Required basic soft skillset (Mandatory):

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

- Chartered Accountant

- Incumbent should have thorough knowledge of USGAAP, IndAS, Indian Companies Act

- Knowledge of SAP is must, BPC would be an added advantage.
