DVP/VP - Product & Marketing - Branch Business - Broking Industry

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for penetration of newly launched products & platforms.

- Responsible for the Data Repository of the vertical.

- Responsible for all new Initiatives (Projects for vertical)

- To do new Corporate Tie ups for enhancement of acquisition No's and helping Sales Teams.

- Responsible for new Campaign's for customers basis requirement of Business

- Responsible for doing contests for Employees as & when required to promote products & business.

- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

Requirements:

- Post graduate with overall experience of 12 -15 years

- Should be an excellent individual performer, Should have at least 1yr of experience in a team handling role.

- Should have good man management skills, communication,

- Should be a result oriented, self - starter, proactive, strong motivator & collaborative.

- Focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improving quality of performance.

- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.

- Should be Tech Savvy
