- Manage day to day functioning of Small Business Loans product and process aspects

- Develop and execute all product related performance matrices (including tracking of portfolio quality) and streamline the data flow concerns if any in all the products handled.

- Ensure regular review of account bucket movements, its recovery and appropriate reporting.

- Develop go-to-market strategy, in with the conjunction with the Sales team for Implementation of the marketing and Incentive plans for Business Loans.

- Look for opportunities to enhance revenue streams - cross sell (ETB), new sources for outbound campaigns, third party products etc.

- Work with Technology team on digitization of processes across functions impacting the Business Lending vertical.

- Work with the functions such as Operations, Policy, Credit, Legal, Compliance teams in developing and executing the product related aspects such as processes, regulatory compliance, product kits, risk policy review etc.

- Run marketing campaigns through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email etc. and develop acquisition focused marketing programs for cross selling on the banks Current Account base.

- Responsible for the development of all customer requirement understanding such as Generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc.

- Review and suggest cost saving measures so as to be within budgets on the Product P&L.

MBA's with 8-9 years- experience in a product/sales/credit/policy role

- Understanding of portfolio performance, policy, collections and tracking of key metrics

- Strategic, Analytical, Good writing Skills are a must.

- Mandatory prior experience of Small Business Loans / MSME lending in Product/Underwriting/Policy/Senior sales role

- Good understanding of the Financial Services/ Banking.

- Should be fluent in English and local languages would help (Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati)
