Leading Private Sector Bank Purpose of the role :&nbsp;To drive organizational effectiveness and change, culture and strategic HR initiatives in the bank Primary Responsibilities: - Organisation diagnosis, development, design &amp; change orchestration - Design &amp; implement change programs by serving as thought leader &amp; subject matter expert; - Design various diagnostics (vision, values, culture, direction, effectiveness, leadership, team, engagement, character, satisfaction) to ascertain the current state of the organisation, team, leadership &amp; design &amp; facilitate desired change in order to Empower every constituent in fulfilling individual &amp; collective goal - Explore digital trends across sectors and integrate various digital methods in domains viz. Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Leadership Development for improved employee experience Value initialisation &amp; cultural synergy - Define values with clear indicators &amp; embed it to bring cultural synergy by initiating open house, 360 degree team feedback, creation of psychometric instrument around it, making it part of PMS &amp; R&amp;R, talent acquisition, orientation, competency framework, learning &amp; development &amp; leadership development in order to Bring cultural synergy &amp; embed functional DNA Strategy &amp; process co-creation :&nbsp; - Understand strategic direction of the organisation/SBU's through discussion with Head HR &amp; other SBU heads; - Facilitate &amp; co-facilitate strategic offsite for all the SBU's across the organisation to co-create SBU's strategy in line with overall organisation strategy &amp; direction; - Facilitate &amp; cull out process design &amp; document for the respective SBU's post offsite &amp; ensure implementation in order to Cascade &amp; integrate organisation strategy across all SBU's/Function Support Responsibilities: - Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards. Success Measures: - Seamless execution of culture and strategy initiatives - Seamless management of organizational change initiatives
