DVP/Head - Operations - Broking House

- Experience in handling overall functioning of processes & implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines for the Capital, Commodity, Derivative Market and Wealth Management Operations.

- Deft in spearheading the gamut of activities as Capital Market Operations, Business Process Design, Implementation & Control, Process Automation and New Software Development.

- Skilled in developing a detailed process management plans, train the new team & develop detailed procedures, flowcharts as well as measurement framework to smoothen the process.

- Insightful knowledge of analysis and design of process data, application based process reengineering, process optimization and revenue maximization.

- A keen strategist involved in setting up process for Capital Market Settlement, Depository Operations, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management Operations etc. and using various change management strategies with extensive experience in Software testing, Process automation & implementation.

- To handle all type of Audits and ensure that all regulatory requirements are complied with.

- To evaluate new products, solutions & technologies and get it implemented.

- Min 10-15 years- experience in managing very large staff in Broking & Wealth Management Operations.
