Head - Marketing & Sales - Leading Education Brand

1. Establish the enrolment Strategies

- Developing deep consumer understanding through extensive market research

- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive framework in each micro market

- Developing relationships with franchise partners to drive enrollments into schools

- Create a compelling value proposition for each brand.

- Work with the new builds team to identify attractive micro markets for new schools.

2. Design the Marketing plan and Lead Generation efforts for K-12 business by:

- Collaborating with Creative agencies and supervising creation of compelling communication based on consumer insights

- Working with digital and media agencies to ensure optimum exposure of our brand communications driving admission enquiriesWorking with local teams and agencies in each market to create activation programs for lead generation

- Driving the go-to market strategy and ensuring generation of at least 20,000 qualified leads every year

- Managing the marketing budget and tracking the cost per lead thus ensuring maximum return on marketing investment

3. Lead the enrollment teams of both brands to ensure achievement of enrollment targets by:

- Designing appropriate ambience, communication and sales incentives at school level to ensure conversion of qualified leads into enrollments.

- Driving the enrollment teams to achieve 4000 enrollments in existing schools and 400 enrollments in every new school being launched.

- Managing the enrollments budget.

- Achieving the admission fee pricing and revenue targets.

- Tracking conversion rates across marketing content

4. Lead from the front and demonstrate high quality selling ability. Hire, manage and coach the enrolment and marketing teams to drive both performance and accountability.
