- Designing & managing employee grievances & employee relation help desk.
- Designing & implementing various Leadership development programs and conducting trainings for Executive level
- Designing and revamping onboarding and offboarding program with industry best practices
- Designing, budgeting and driving reward and recognition program for global locations including India.
- Planning and implementing organization development interventions and output mapping exercise across levels
- Managing change management process phase wise across locations
- Designing & managing global performance management system & feedback management process in the organization
- Designing compensation and benefits administration plans, compensation benchmarking process as per IT industry
- Designing career development programs to run competency mapping, gap analysis & talent assessment programs by exercising Job evaluation and operation excellence
- Aligning learning management systems (LMS) tools in the organization for employee skill upgradation program.
- Designing employee and candidate retention strategies for lower turnaround in talent acquisition
