JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Analysts/Project Manager - Mobility (Website/M-site) Grade Band DVP / AVP Experience 5-10yrs Position Reporting to Head - Mobility: Solution Delivery Group Qualification Preferred organizations Specific skill sets JOB SUMMARY 1. To lead, execute, implement and deliver the new features/functionalities on various channels like website, mobile site. 2. To drive the usage of digital channels across all platforms 3. To understand the requirement shared by product teams Detailed Responsibilities: 1. Have exposure on various digital channels like website and m-site 2. Should have knowledge and worked on digital platforms use cases in BFSI industry 3. Knowledge of end to end digital channels with 360 degree approach while implementing the requirements 4. Understanding of Banking processes and end to end knowledge of banking inter-linked systems (core banking, CRM, LMS etc) 5. Reduction of redundant steps and increasing speed of execution on all online platforms. 6. Understand the business requirements in detail provided by business/products team 7. Should have done end to end detailed analysis of business requirement document 8. Sharp and innovative mind, and the ability to think independently and apply technology and digitization for banking use cases 9. Hands on solution architecting / product implementation / solution delivery preferred with Banks 10. Should lead the QA team and help them in writing test cases and test scenarios. 11. Should lead the QA team during UAT testing of the project. 12. Ideal candidate should have 5+ years- experience in Digital/Innovation vertical of banks. 13. Provide high quality solution and manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from Initiation through to operations. Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business &amp; technical requirements 14. Orchestrate the work with IT and product to ensure deliveries and priorities are set and met. 15. Lead and support the Business units through the implementation phase 16. Should have worked on writing standard operating procedures for the project Other Qualities: &nbsp;- Education from Tier- 1/2 Institutes with 4-5+ years of experience &nbsp;- Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment. &nbsp;- Project Management, Business Analysis and Reporting and Quality Assurance and Testing &nbsp;- Understanding of Banking processes on day to day customer disputes. &nbsp;- Ability to lead and initiate cross departments processes &nbsp;- Demonstrate leadership in front of customers and peers &nbsp;- Excellent Communications skills &nbsp;- Team player, Independent, positive, energetic and self-motivated &nbsp;- Fluency in English, written and spoken
