Key Responsibilities :

1. To generate new leads through proactive networking, secondary research and other sources

2. To organize product demos for clients

3. To coordinate with product development team to create appropriate product demo content

4. To create sales pitches and sales presentations

5. Write detailed Commercial proposals

6. To create marketing and branding material

7. To follow-up with clients at various stages of the sales process starting from lead generation to proposal submission to negotiations to contract signings and funds inflow

8. To create and track the sales pipeline on a regular basis

9. To participate in conferences and create visibility for the product and company

10. To track market trends and developments in the world of financial services and technology

11. To give continuous feedback to the product development team on new trends and developments in the industry

12. To be the thought leader and participate proactively in the overall strategic direction of the business by providing market inputs

13. To track funds inflow from clients post contract signing and ensure timely collection of receivables from clients

14. Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Key Capabilities :

1. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/task simultaneously

2. Exceptional customer service skills

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Excellent problem solving & critical thinking abilities is a must

5. Ability to work with Senior management of Client organisations

6. Excellent negotiation skills

7. Flexibility to travel extensively to client locations

8. Experience in B2B sales is preferred

9. Experience in banking and financial services sector is preferred

10. Hands-on-experience in Core Banking Products is preferred

Minimum Qualification : MBA from a reputed B-School
