This position is primarily responsible for various Human Resource excellence initiatives across the Business Units contributing towards achieving the company's common vision.
Perspective Key Responsibilities :
Finance :
- Manage manpower strategy as budgeted
- Plan, control and optimize HR spend
Customer :
- Manage employee grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the workplace
Internal Business Process :
- Employer Branding initiatives
- Strategizing and formation of the HR Strategy and directions for the company to be a Great Place to work in next 3 years.
- Create a learning and value based organization by bringing in best practices from across industries
- Build and institutionalize a performance oriented culture
- Devise and execute Reward and Recognition framework
- Developing and cascading change management programs and exposing the workforce to newer, refined and best practices
- Spear-heading talent identification and development programs
- Provide strong partnership with all BU Heads advising on various OD issues and HR interventions
- Driving HR Automation
- Translate organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy
- Manage all HR streams - Recruitment, PMS, T&D and C&B
