It was envisioned under an MoU between IIT Bombay, Rajasthan Grameen Ajeevika Vikas Parishad, District Administration of Dungarpur and Four Cluster Level Federation- CLFs (higher organization of village SHGs)  All managerial roles at DURGA, besides the professional skills would need zeal to support and impact bottom of pyramid communities. The company is created with a vision to introduce localised manufacturing to improve energy access and provide livelihood opportunities in remote areas. Responsible for smooth operations and growth of the company.  b. Willing to work closely with SHG federations and determine the direction of the business and lead team members to create and implement strategies and goals  c. Builds a positive and productive culture in the workplace and place emphasis on overall participation  d. Keeps up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices  e. Performs other CEO jobs as necessary, such as commissioning and reviewing reports, making presentations and improve the employee, stake holder and community well being in general  Essential Skills: Beyond business acumenship, empathy and keen social responsibility are essential   Salary would be commensurate with best in industry, will have a variable component and may be negotiated in case of exceptional talent
