Dupont - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Centre for Knowledge Management - Research & Analysis (4-7 yrs)
Designation: Analyst/Sr.Analyst
Primary Function: The Centre for Knowledge Management (CKM)Analyst will provide support to Business Development Managers in the (ET) business for all regions well as active support to the Electronic Materials (EM) Regional and Global Leaders. Key areas of support include client and industry research, Business/Strategy insights, proposal assistance and global sales pipeline analysis and reporting, tracking & analysis of competitive intelligence
Brief Job Description:
Support for BDM's & MDL's located in different regions:
- Research and Analysis- Conduct client research for prospective clients primarily in Electronics, Defense, Aerospace & Hi Reliability industry, including latest news, articles, statistics, and financial analysis. Conduct industry research, including the maintenance of industry statistics. Track, gather and analyze competitive intelligence. Analyze all information gathered to develop relevant and actionable insights and business Hypothesis
- Proposal support - Assistance with the initial draft of a business case for a client, with input from the BDM & MDL
General tasks:
- Support will include running reports to monitor overall sales pipeline from Sales Force.Com and generation of global pipeline reporting.
Education Qualification & Years of Experience required:
- Master's degree, including areas such as business management, Finance, Economics.
- Approximately 4-7 years of work experience in Market research with consultative skills.
- Extensive experience in client, market or industry research.
- Exposure to SFDC or similar CRM tool
- Exposure in working with Microsoft web tools/platforms and/ or other technical tools (Share Point)
- A background and knowledge of Electronics domain would be a positive
- Additional foreign language skills, other than English would be an added advantage.

- Strong communication skill and excellent written English skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong market/client research skills.
- Self-Starter, conscientious and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work with team members remotely, and build strong relationships to support the global client capture teams.
