Defining and Publishing Reordering Points for all stores PAN India. 4. Vendor Analysis and Scoring basis Availability, Fill Rates & other parameters. 5. Working with City Ops Leads on smooth supply operations. Responsibilities: 1. Lead procurement and supplier management for Dunzo Daily in Bangalore. 2. Build a relationship with FMCG brands and manufacturers - % growth of brands for essentials. 3. Build favorable terms of trade with the suppliers for Dunzo essentials business - Store margin % and efficiency of working capital. 4. Manage offers and growth opportunities with brands - Offer to spend, % of growth coming from offers. 5. Responsible for Availability %, Fill Rates, Quality, etc. 6. Experience in analyzing new business opportunities, driving significant top and bottom-line results. 7. Proven experience in consumer-facing sectors - Retail/ FMCG/Modern trade Preferred 8. Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and partnership management. 9. Ability to think strategically - define long term view and path to get there 10. Should be able to drive execution of critical tactical things. 11. Analytical thinking, project management skills, and attention to detail is a must. 12. Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders through strong project management and communication. 13. Operate independently, take ownership, and drive results 14. Well-developed interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across functions within the organization. Skills And Qualification: 1. Procurement experience in the Grocery Business/Vertical is mandatory. 2. Total 5+ years of experience. 3. Experience of 3+ years in FMCG/Retail/E-commerce/Q-Commerce. 4. Prior experience in managing teams. 5. Data-driven decision making and strong analytical thinking. 6. Understanding of Procure to Pay & Order to Cash. 7. ERP understanding is a plus.
