Dunzo - Lead - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, Develop and implement effective sales strategies
2. Hire and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
3. Ensure compliance with targets by means of daily/weekly/monthly reviews
4. Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics and suggest improvements
5. Perform research and identify new potential markets and customer segments
6. Work with product, engineering and design leads to identify product intervention and features required for augmenting growth and / or improving experience / economics
7. Optimize and improve inside sales efforts for improved conversion and retention
Key KPIs:
1. # Of Orders from new and existing clients Rev/Km from the business segment
2. Given part of the core team, all organizational KPIs
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of overall experience
2. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG / Telecom industries
3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
4. Experience in hiring, building and scaling sales teams from 1 to 100
