Band - AGM/GM - Performance & Rewards
The overall purpose of this role is to drive performance and rewards charter at Dunzo. The team member will also enable data-driven decision-making by providing high-quality insights to the leadership team.
Compensation:
- Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short-term incentive programs, and policy formulation across Dunzo
- Define ESOP policy across employee life cycle; hiring, increment, promotion, retention
- Budgeting, financial impact analysis, and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions for salary increments or people cost management
- Gather market intelligence around the key role at Dunzo, benchmark compensation across peer companies, and help Dunzo build a competitive compensation philosophy
- Develop and report metrics related to the effectiveness of compensation programs/processes.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
- Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings.
- Anchoring the performance management process for Dunzo - goal setting, mid-year review, and year-end appraisal process
Analytics:
- Create a plan on people costs in line with the overall business plan. Work with HRBPs on managing the overall people cost.
- Manage the complete HR data from sourcing of candidates to exit of team members.
- Create dashboards and reports to present insights to the leadership team and drive action across all areas like hiring, retention, and engagement.
What to bring to the role:
- 6-8 years of experience in Compensation and HR analytics
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working with the leadership team
- Strong familiarity with MS Excel
- Hands-on with Google Sheets & proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides required
