Dunzo Digital - Manager - Pricing

Overview:

As a pricing manager, you will work closely with the category, procurement and growth team to plan and execute the pricing strategy across categories. This is a high impact and crucial role in delivering our promise to our consumers, as an early member of the pricing team, you will have the opportunity to build the team, processes and tools in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Work with central category and growth team to plan roadmap for pricing and discounting across various categories

- Price benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure we are accurately positioned in the market

- Manage offers on the platform and drive experiments with new offer constructs to improve ROI of spends

- Plan monthly growth budget and monitor key metrics related to spends across cities

- Collaborate closely with the product team to improve processes and internal tools related to offers and pricing

- Work closely with the product and design team to improve communication of discounts and pricing to end user

Qualifications/Skills required :

- 3-4 years of experience in pricing/ pricing analytics, revenue management or growth role

- Experience working in an e-commerce platform (especially grocery platforms)

- Should understand concepts related to pricing, ROI and planning monthly budget

- Problem solving skills in constrained environments

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Ability to analyse data and derive insights

- Basic knowledge in SQL and handling data, past experience in analytics a plus
