Job Purpose : - To lead the delivery (fulfillment) and pre-sales functions in the Sales &amp; Marketing Solutions (S&amp;MS) division of D&amp;B India. - To partner with the Sales &amp; Technology teams to transform the S&amp;MS division into a technology-led solution for D&amp;B's customers. - To provide Strategic leadership for D&amp;B India in helping to create new products and services for D&amp;B's customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Delivery (Fulfillment) : - Lead and execute customer deliverables end-to-end on all areas of S&amp;MS, including delivering data from D&amp;B Database (AFF), Master Data Solutions (MDM) and Analytics. - Develop and possess good understanding of customer requirements, understand business use case, and deliver as per client's requirements. - Initiate Technology-driven solutions in the S&amp;MS team by working closely with the IT team. - Channel the technology resources, in the S&amp;MS team and IT team, to create assets that lead to technology-driven solutions for the S&amp;MS division. - Manage the S&amp;MS team for successful delivery of customer projects - Own the Quality control process for the customer deliverables and ensure that quality - SLAs are adhered to. Use Technology-led solutions for ensuring high levels of quality. - Implement strong project management framework to ensure that all projects are tracked properly and all stakeholders are informed about project progress on a regular basis. - Contribute towards the achievement of revenue, strategic and operational objectives. Pre-Sales : - Setup and implement a strong process for Pre-sales. - Work closely with Sales teams and maximize on opportunities with reference to database led campaigns enabling achievement of S&amp;MS revenues. - Develop tools, using technology, that enable faster responses, to customers in the Presales phase. - Develop &amp; groom a strong second-line of team members for Pre-sales activities. Skills Required : - Solid experience in delivery and fulfillment capabilities of customer requirements. - Good understanding of databases, SQL knowledge (functional), understanding of applications that maintain and deliver data. - Well versed with database-driven marketing businesses, eliciting customer requirements, developing business use cases and Pre-sales activities - Ability to have strong relationship with Sales and IT teams to achieve common objectives. - Mentors S&amp;MS Operations team by regularly counseling, coaching and appraising desired job results. - Creates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team - Leads by example and demonstrate our core behavior's Simplify, Accelerate, Delight and Innovate - Build talent and high performance culture within the team - Should be a team player &amp; work towards achieving the company goal &amp; objectives KEY REQUIREMENTS : - A post graduate degree with 10+ yrs of Corporate /B2B experience in operations with at least 4 years of People Managerial experience. - Experience in B2B Direct Marketing/ Digital Marketing and exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) would be a significant advantage. - Ability to understand functional part of technology applications, including Databases and other softwares. - Experience in People management including managing senior managers - Highly customer-focused and result-oriented - Good command over communication and ability to leverage relationships across various stakeholders in order to drive results - Ability to handle matrix structure within the organization - Strong Influencing and collaboration abilities - Good Thought Leadership for driving broad level strategies Strategic and Analytical focus
