Designation: Regional Sales Manager (South) Role: People Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Leads new corporate acquisition for L&EIG products, with complete responsibility for meeting and exceeding overall sales & revenue targets set for the region - Plans and executes regional field sales strategy product wise (Conferences & Trainings); by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to effectively take decisions and forecast sales numbers - Responsible for sourcing B2B Print Ad / Sponsorship & Advertisement Sales for Intellectual Property events, conferences, conclaves, roundtables, summits etc. - Responsible for pitching Knowledge-based solutions to key decision makers in Corporates/PSUs/Banks (CXO / Director -level contacts in Marketing/PR/Corporate Communication functions) - Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets - Partners effectively with internal and external teams to build synergy in product offerings and customer approach - Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets - Maintains and reports accurate business updates for management review - Sales Co-ordination - Works closely with the operations team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. - Ensures process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects. - Ensures optimum utilization of available resources People Skills - Works under the direct supervision of the director - Mentors regional sales team by regularly counseling, coaching, appraising and delivering desired job results - Creates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team - Leads by example and lives by our core values of being inherently generous, relentlessly curious and Data inspired. KEY REQUIREMENTS - MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 14+ years in Corporate/B2B sales - Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment. - Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort. - Experience in people management including managing senior sales managers - Highly customer-focused and result-oriented - Good command over communication and ability to leverage relationships across various stakeholders in order to drive results - Strong Influencing and collaboration abilities - Good Thought Leadership for driving board level strategies; Strategic and Analytical focus - Open to travel ( Domestic) - Primary External Interactions - Decision makers (CXO- s) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSU's and Banks - Primary Internal Interactions - Operations Team, Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.
