Role : People Manager Roles and Responsibilities : Project Execution: Work on Supply Chain consulting projects across value chain which comprises of Supplier and Channel Partner Risk Management - Supplier Risk Management /Supplier Improvement Projects - Setting up distribution channel for Various industries - Supplier Rationalization - Spend Analysis and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement - Compliance Risk Management as per US FCPA and UK ABA act - Checking accuracy of the deliverable s as per the Scope and Deliverable - Team Management - Effectively Lead team of Sr. Analysts/ Analysts, Executives in delivering projects Team Development - Implement internal Compliance's and Policies. Business Development - Coordination with Customers / Sales Associates / Business Partners to ensure timely delivery of reports by ascertaining quality &amp; timeliness. - Will be responsible for timely fulfillment of reports and revenue recognition from the accounts managed. - Support Business Development Activities by preparing proposals Customer meetings - Competencies : Good Knowledge of Accounts &amp; Finance and Supply Chain - Experience in Credit Ratings/Consulting, Supply Chain Consulting and Analytics - Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent Presentation &amp; Communication Skills. - Sound Business Knowledge / Update on Current Affairs. - Alert Personality. - Excellent teaming skills.
