Designation : Deputy Leader - CCAM Operations Role : People Manager Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead and execute customer deliverable end-to-end on all areas of CCAM - Use Technology-led solutions for ensuring high levels of quality by working closely with the IT team. - Implement strong project management framework to ensure that all projects are tracked properly, and all stakeholders are informed about project progress on a regular basis. - Channel the technology resources, in the CCAM team and IT team, to create assets that lead to technology-driven solutions for the CCAM division. - Develop and possess good understanding of customer requirements, understand business use case and deliver as per client's requirements. - Manage the CCAM team for successful delivery of customer projects - Contribute towards the achievement of revenue, strategic and operational objectives. Skills Required : - Solid experience in delivery and fulfillment capabilities of customer requirements. - Create positive environment and an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team - Leads by example and demonstrates our core behavior's Simplify, Accelerate, Delight and Innovate - Mentors CCAM Operations team by regularly counseling, coaching and appraising desired job results. - Ability to have strong relationship with Sales and IT teams to achieve common objectives - Build talent and high-performance culture within the team - Should be a team player & work towards achieving the company goal & objectives KEY REQUIREMENTS: - A Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of Corporate / B2B experience in operations / credit profiles with at least 6 years of People Managerial experience. - Proven track record of bringing in transformational changes through technology - Ability to understand functional part of technology applications, including financials and other software's. - Good command over communication and ability to leverage relationships across various stakeholders to drive results - Experience in People management including managing senior managers - Highly customer-focused and result-oriented - Experience in B2B handling large volumes would be a significant advantage. - Ability to handle matrix structure within the organization - Strong Influencing and collaboration abilities - Good Thought Leadership for driving broad level strategies Strategic and Analytical focus
