Senior Marketing Associate - This individual will be a key strategic partner to the professionals in our offices in the U.S. and will principally lead the execution of marketing initiatives for the Duff & Phelps Cost of Capital Navigator product, a new web-based tool that helps calculate cost of capital, as well as the Valuation Handbook series and other broader Cost of Capital campaigns. - The candidate will primarily support execution of all marketing and communications activities for the Digital Publishing business, including events, development of marketing/sales tools and collateral, email campaigns, digital/social communications, thought leadership, and some public relations and advertising. Responsibilities : - Partnering with digital marketing team to manage all external communications, including email campaigns and developing timely and topical external content. - Working with the Digital Publishing team to build and manage a content calendar and develop programs to maximize promotion. - Manage internal sales referral program and ensure proper tracking in Salesforce - Research, manage, organize logistics and promote events and conferences globally, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, hosted events and webinars. - Maintain and build customer and prospect lists for ongoing marketing outreach efforts. - Maximize exposure of the Digital Publishing business through public relations activities and social media. Ensure activities are linked to Duff & Phelps global VAS marketing strategy and support efforts to raise brand profile. - Help manage and maintain internal and external websites to ensure content is updated regularly and continually improve search engine optimization. - Work closely with digital marketing team to support nurture campaigns along the buyer journey as well as digital advertising including Paid Search. - Working with digital team to inform business leaders on campaign performance metrics, google analytics, etc. and make recommendations to optimize future efforts. - Lead efforts to capture and report on ROI from marketing efforts; delivering marketing results against a tightly managed budget while tracking and report on marketing spending. Requirements : - Proficiency in written/spoken English. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications with concentration in business or finance - Experience in marketing professional or financial advisory services - Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in a marketing/communications role at a professional service or B2B organization - Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity - Ability to excel in a matrix management environment with little day-to-day oversight - Strong team player - Proficient with full Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with modern marketing tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, content management systems, CRM systems, etc.) - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets ideal
