In our Industry, the transformation is largely composed of technological advancement, and therefore, we need smart, solution-oriented, and hardworking Project Managers to help us reach our goals.   To directly drive some of most key projects and initiatives by regular execution, reporting and project management related to Direct Party Sales.Significantly contributing to new product development and - Go to market- strategies.  To have an eye on the data for comparison from different sources for discovering operational deficiencies and performance gaps at different project verticals and accordingly revamping process flows and to generate monthly reports with logical content. Presentations and senior management discussion about project planning updates such as - Benefit register, Risk register, RASI Matrix and Gantt Chart- . Precise drafting of new - Policies & Proposals- using proven hypothesis and Analysis and to conduct training of internal stakeholders on ongoing project application.  Responsibilities :  - Serving as a trusted advisor to Top Management & DTDC Sales Board  - Annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting of SBU wise, Product wise, yield-wise, region wise revenue projections  - Tracking of sales performance and adjusting targets  - Drive critical sales projects that will influence the direction of the business  - Executive reporting, including logical content and creative presentations  - Participate and contribute to new product/service development and go-to-market strategy - PAN India  - Develop monthly and quarterly reports to analyze sales achievement, top and bottom performers at an area, market and vertical level  - Identify performance issues and the root cause of the problems  - Associate, compare and analyze data from various sources  - Understand and explain not only what happened, but - why- it happened  - Manage, track and reconcile Selling and Marketing cost  Qualifications and Experience :  - Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels  - Excellent organizational skills  - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation CTC : 14 - 19 LPA
