DTDC - Network Designer - Supply Chain

Role Overview

- Lead and was responsible for all aspects of Supply chain network design and optimization of the Clients.

- Work with clients to design, manage, and deliver analysis-driven, actionable supply chain network recommendations.

- Lead the supply chain network designing and optimization with extensive and deep knowledge to independently lead and advise complex projects across multiple verticals.

- Analyse and provide Customized end-to-end cost- effective supply chain solutions.

- Design, build and deliver supply chain network models for existing and new clients.

- Ensure appropriate and correct data is provided for effective optimization analysis.

- Use advanced knowledge to evaluate the network design and optimization work product, resolve and outline impacts to the business.

- Carryout end-to-end supply chain assessment considering internal and external perspectives, comprehensive mapping, clear breakdown of results into decision-makingn processes such as network design and optimization, continuous improvement, process development, inventory strategy and segmentation, etc.

- Liaise with customers and Sales team to understand customer supply chain requirements.

- Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations.

- Utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modeling, evaluating and selecting the appropriate solution options.

- Ensure Execution of the solution by coordinating all the Supply Chain operations and services like warehousing and transportation.

- Showcase judgment and decision-making skills to balance customer experience with financial impact.

- The position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial and technical teams within organization.

Essential Skill Set:

- Domain Expertise in Supply Chain Management.

- Understanding of Operational Costs and Revenue Models/ Customer wise Profitability.

- Ability to maximize share of Customer SCM spend, all through the Life Cycle of Customer by providing effective and Viable Solutions.
