Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Cost Centre ownership and end-to-end process ownership for all aspects of Hub Operations
- Participate in key transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement network strategy to achieve business objectives
- Ensure 100% adherence to all the company policies, procedures and guidelines in managing teams, internal & external stakeholders, vendors, security, maintenance activities and audits. Ensure scrutiny and approval of all hub invoices and control on miscellaneous spends
- Leading the development, implementation and operationalization of effective Hub and line-haul solutions for a complex operations.
- Responsible for building expertise relating to Hub and line-haul capabilities, including opportunities to enhance or modify processes, procedures or timelines (e.g. re-organization of Regulatory procedure) or for dedicated service to specific categories or customer needs
- Lead projects directly impacting hub operations processes, short term & long terms capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades and automation deployments. Sign-off development of appropriate Hub and line-haul recommendations and/or implementation of approved solutions
- Develop a strong direct reporting team, enhance hub resource planning methodologies, recruitment, training, overall development of workforce, improve productivity and build a culture of ownership & empowerment to deliver a strong customer experience
- Be an ambassador of data driven decision making, deep-dive with data into all aspects of hub operations, regularly monitor lead and lag performance indicators, identify opportunities of improvement, drive scientific approach to problem solving and demonstrate time-bound successful implementations

Basic Qualification :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Operations Management
- At least 8-10 years of experience in leading Operations and managing large teams in supply chain/ logistics/ e-commerce domain
