Job Description :

Expansion :

1. Carry out the budgeting exercise for network expansion across regions looking into market potential

2. Responsible for building region-wise pipeline of prospective channel partners & track the entire process of Channel Partner selection & appointment process

3. Ensure region-wise budget achievement related to network expansion

4. Ensure quick activation of new appointment

Retention :

1. Devise & execute different programs & processes to ensure retention of channel partners in the system

2. Ensure due diligence in the Closure of channel partners in the system

Ensure hygiene of Network :

1. Study industry best practices on network expansion & delivery methods & payouts to ensure new programs are deployed in DTDC for network expansion & pin-code coverage

2. Study the pin-code coverage of competition & deploy methods to ensure network expansion in competition served pin-codes
