- Participate in and/or customer listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations, conduct user interviews of key customer segments - activity, outcomes, data insights, and value and provide actionable data

- Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests for development

- Support customer satisfaction goals, plan and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis hereby supporting customer satisfaction initiatives

- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams within the org, manage diverse efforts, leverage the teams for synergies and delivering great customer outcomes

- Assist and Analyse customer touch-points and the related data to obtain useful insights and strong detail orientation with the ability to infer customer insights from data

- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare reports to share with team members, management, and other parties


- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as part of the customer success/experience, customer support, or account management

- Should have experience in devising technology-based solutions for documenting customer feedback

- The analytical mindset which requires an ability to connect the dots

- Empathy to understand customer needs and nuances along with motivation to go an extra mile to achieve customer delight

- Good communicator with excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (excel), Tableau, with an ability to handle large data
