Position Summary: - The position is responsible for ensuring successful facilitation of the entire life-cycle of Channel Partner Development - both in digital & manual systems of DTDC. - The position will act as a single point of contact as far as managing various processes under the Channel Partner development is concerned. Job Description: - Managing various processes under the Channel Partner Development scope. - Assistance in implementing schemes & processes to PAN India Channel Partners - Coordinating with Teams to improve performance of teams on various aspects - Facilitating the entire life-cycle of Channel Partner Development digital &amp; manual systems - Supporting management of the centralized Query Management System of Channel Partners - Create and run regular MIS and reports to monitor the productivity improvements as a result of the process enhancements Preferred Experience : - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Project Management/Project Coordination - Coordination - Analytics Preferred Academics: - MBA/Graduate Key Competencies : - Good communication skills both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasing, presentable and approachable personality - Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others - Ability to deliver programs of high quality - Ability to devise solutions to complex problems and good Analytical Skills, competency in Excel is a plus. - Ability to handle projects from concept to launch and running them successfully - Strong knowledge of account management at the organization level - A team player with a multi-tasking skills Travel: Need-based travel Base Location: Bangalore
