Position Summary :  The position is responsible for ensuring successful knowledge and information dissemination to the extensive Channel Partners network and Channel Management team in DTDC in line with the Channel Transformation that the Organization has set. A focused training and development framework dedicated to the Channel Partner Network will empower the CP fraternity with timely and relevant tools to play their role effectively and help focus on productivity backed by better product and process orientation  The position will act as a single point of contact as far as the complete Knowledge Program for Channel Management is concerned. S/He will liaise between Channel Management, Learning and Development Team and other functions as required.  Job Description:  Process Mapping :   - Conduct a process mapping of the Channel Partner day to day functioning.Focus on productivity management, quality management through detailed business process understanding   - Facilitate the Channel Management leaders to ensure adherence to the policies by conducting regular audits across the CP outlets  - Revisit process documents pertaining to the Channel function and suggest improvements in to induce better operational efficiency  Channel Partner Helpdesk :  - Closely monitor the Partner Helpdesk to completely induct new CPs and assist the existing ones in the DTDC umbrella the Helpdesk will address challenges/doubts CPs have  - Responsible for the smooth functioning of the Helpdesk and thereby ensuring a delighted Customer experience (CP being our internal customer here)  - Analyzing the customer query/challenge patterns and feedback in line with geographies, types of queries and thus help identify need gaps that can be plugged through a robust L&D program and process improvement recommendation, if any  - Monitoring the current programs running on the helpdesk & analyzing and enhancing them to improve the processes.  Learning & Development :  - Identifying training needs for all types of Channel Partners - new and old in the system, in conjunction with line/functional managers  - Need gap assessment for internal employees of the Channel Management function - Channel executives and Franchisee Advisory Board Members  - Co-ordinate with the L&D team in the process of designing and implementing appropriate training (online and offline) modules by ensuring relevant content/subject matter goes into the hands of the content writers (L&D)  - Help the L&D team SPOC in planning, scheduling and conducting training and development programs for the targeted audience in line with the Channel function's goals - e.g. new CP inductions, process training for both CPs and Channel executives (CMEs, CMOs)  - Manage Channel Network training calendar for all regions and ensuring maximum participation from the training audience pool  - Facilitate content consumption reviews through short assignments and projects to the training audience and ensuring that the material is digested or understood  - Facilitate the L&D team in successful execution of training sessions and seminars for Channel Management fraternity (both CPs and Channel executives)  - Hand hold such Channel Partners / Channel Management executives who have been identified to go through special training/focused sessions both in regards to conceptual understanding or practical execution on the ground; thus facilitating desired objectives from them  Overall :  - Promote an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the Channel function as a whole  - Monitor, Analyze, Evaluate and develop training metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and the Incubation Helpdesk. Identify loops both on the content quality and content consumption in the L&D programs and CP service in the Incubation Helpdesk. Plug the identified loops by helping address the issues through appropriate recommendations  - Create and run regular MIS and reports to monitor the productivity improvements as a result of the process enhancements and unified training programs  - Identify talent that can manage cross-functional roles through the following three key responsibilities - process mapping, Partner Helpdesk and Learning & Development efforts  Travel: Need-based travel   Base Location: Bangalore  Preferred Experience:  - 2-5 years of relevant experience  - Process and Engineering  - Channel Management / Dealers-Distributor Network Management  - Customer Service   - Training & development   Preferred Academics: MBA  Key Competencies:  The desired candidate should possess:  - Good communication skills both verbal and written  - Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasing, presentable and approachable personality  - Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others  - Ability to deliver programs of high quality  - Ability to devise solutions to complex problems and good Analytical Skills, competency in Excel is a plus.
