Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing
Location: Mumbai
What is the roles objective?
- Setup & Execute digital engagement campaigns across email, SMS, web & app notifications
- Campaign Execution
- End to end campaign management for different organic channels.
- Understanding and working on existing tool to identify & extract maximum value
- Testing to ensure/ improve deliverability across devices and screens
- Coordinating with internal teams/ technical team on requirements/ delivery
- Extraction & clean-up of campaign data
- HTML conversions and execution for Emails
- Converting text/documents to HTMLs
- Improving email performance by studying deliverability techniques
- Working on set-up email engines like Mailchimp/Netcore for one time/ drip emails
- Experimenting with ideas like Movable Ink features (Countdown Timer, Polling & Video in-html)
- Creating mock landing pages (testing/ support only)
Utilize automation tools to improve efficiency of campaigns :
- Helping in execution of campaign logic
- Coordination with relevant agencies for usage of installed automation tools like webengage/ resulticks/ lemnisk
- Testing of campaigns across installed tools
- Measurement & reporting
Monitor, Track & Report campaign performance across channels:
- Track funnel flow metrics for campaigns
- Identify successes and failures across organic channels
- Development & monthly reporting of marketing metrics dashboard
- Feed campaign data back to the Digital & Data Team
Managing all billing & invoice related activities for the digital team
What skills do you need to possess?
- Experience with Excel operations related to large quantum of data - append, pivot tables, Vlookup etc
- Experience or some working knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Database knowledge and list building expertise: should know how to optimize email lists, experience in working with large & complex datasets is a plus
- Highly analytical (for eg able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization)
- Strong bonus if has experience with automation platforms (but not necessary)
- Knowledge of basic personal finance would be a bonus
What is the prior experience needed? : Up to 4 years of relevant experience
What qualification you should have? : MBA or equivalent degree
